Structural steel erection project in Bendigo

Oz Cranes & Rigging recently completed a structural steel erection job in Bendigo using two of our almighty cranes:

• 20-tonne Franna crane, and
• 50-tonne slewing crane.

Our rigging operators worked together during a dual lift of the roof section – a massive steel structure needing to be propped on top of supporting beams.

We love working on these types of projects – using massive machines to hoist giant steel pieces delicately into place to be secured into position for many years to come. Or sometimes, these types of structures can be temporary – i.e. concert stages. It’s always satisfying to see the finished project on site and to help companies from all over Bendigo meet project briefs and deadlines.
